The zippers are smooth and easy.The bottoms is flat so it stands on it's own. I could put enough things there whenever I go out since it has ample room for my cellphone, wallet and some papers. A lot of places you could put your things which is something important for me. I've gotten so many compliments. I am glad and happy purchasing this bag! I love it!
